I’ve working as a wedding photographer in Burgundy this summer at Château de Monfort. An intimate wedding where I was welcomed by an excellent light in a beautiful setting. The castle enjoys a privileged location in the Burgundy countryside. A few km from “Chablis” that was the chance for the guests to taste and discover it.

After a civil ceremony at the town hall of Venouse, we headed to the gardens of the castle for the guests to refresh themselves with a wedding cocktail and some tasty french food to celebrate this happy day ! An opportunity to immortalize these precious moments.

I was roaming around Perpignan (in the south of France) during my summer holidays. Around noon with a heavy sun over my head, You know that kind of sunny day that makes you feel someone over you shoulder with all his weight…

After a walk in the city, watching and discovering some pictures of the The International Photojournalism Festival of Perpignan – Visa pour l’image 2016.  I walked back to the train station and I found this spot with the reflexion of those orange windows on the wall. this strips, the small holes, the windows … all the details. You know this kind of moment in photography when you know exactly that what you’re shooting and what you’re expecting are fitting ! Then I saw that men walking toward the stairs,I had a smile and in my mind, I saw the picture before I took it. I tried to make not too obvious, to have this man kind in a natural behaviour. I triggered ! … in the box !
