LosangExpo, the tobacconist trade fair in Paris
LosangExpo is the annual trade fair for tobacco professionals and tobacconists, held at the Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles. The edition covered here brought together 110 exhibitors across 13,000 m² equipment suppliers, distributors, institutional partners and specialist trade players.
The brief: full photographic coverage of the show to document the event, exhibitor stands and the general atmosphere of the halls.
How the shoot was organised
A trade fair of this size requires precise preparation. Before the first frame, the floor plan is studied, priority stands identified, and the shooting route optimised to cover the full hall without losing time.
At LosangExpo, this meant several hours of coverage: wide shots of the installation, stand details, interactions between exhibitors and visitors, and key moments from the general programme. Images were delivered in high resolution within the agreed timeframe.
Trade show photographer at Porte de Versailles
The Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles is one of Paris’s main exhibition centres, hosting dozens of professional trade shows each year across a wide range of sectors. I work there regularly on photography assignments, exhibitor stands, general atmosphere, team portraits, conferences.
