How much does a corporate photographer cost in Paris?
Rates depend on scope and duration. As a general guide: EUR 600-1000 for a half-day (team headshots included), EUR 1200-1,800 for a full day of reportage or event coverage. I provide a personalised quote on request, no hidden fees.
How quickly will I receive the photos?
Standard delivery is 5-10 business days after the shoot. An express 48-hour option is available for time-sensitive communications, press releases or product launches.
Do you travel outside Paris for corporate photography?
Yes. I cover the greater Paris region (Ile-de-France) at no extra cost. For assignments elsewhere in France or internationally, travel expenses are quoted upfront and kept lean.
Can you photograph our whole team in one session?
Absolutely. I regularly set up on-site headshot sessions for teams of any size, from 5 to 50+ people. With the right scheduling, a full team can be covered in a single half-day. I can also set up a headshot booth at your next company event or trade fair.
What file formats do you deliver?
High-resolution JPEGs for print and web-optimised versions ready for LinkedIn, your website or press use. TIFF files or custom export dimensions available on request.

Yes, regularly. I am used to working alongside art directors, brand managers and marketing teams. A detailed brief and your brand guidelines are all I need to deliver images that fit your visual identity.

Headshots are one part of corporate photography, individual professional portraits. Corporate photography is broader: team photos, on-site reportage, event coverage, product and facilities photography, and anything else a business needs to document and communicate its work visually.
